Main responsibilities:

Daily work with maintenance and administration of office building
Manage regular needs for smooth workflow of office
Manage office post, courier
Manage lab and customers' sampling in/out shipments
Actively take part in sample labelling and packaging
Local event management- support of sales meetings/ customer meetings
Booking preparation for external book-keeping
Regular reports for authorities

Qualification and experience:

Experience in office management
Graduation or/and communication degree
Proficiency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driving licence
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
