As a Quality Assurance & Technical Information Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
Managing all QA and technical information for assigned customers.
Building strong relationships with customers through weekly engagement and clear communication.
Collaborating with internal teams, including Commercial, Innovations, Technical, and Site QA.
Investigating and resolving product and quality-related issues promptly.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
Representing the company in customer meetings and presentations.
Partnering with the Innovations Lead to ensure formulations are accurate and all processing details are captured.
Supporting the commercialization of new products from concept to launch.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
1-3 years of experience in Quality Management.
A strong understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles.
Knowledge of standard testing protocols, including shelf life and nutritional testing.
A degree in Food Science, Technology, or a related field.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple projects and perform well under pressure.
A proactive approach, with a willingness to take responsibility.
An interest in mentoring and training junior colleagues.
