This position is responsible for the accurate and timely onboarding and maintenance of futures and forex new accounts, developing and enforcing efficient and effective policies and procedures, and assisting with the assessment and implementation of new regulations. This position will report to the ADMIS Compliance Department. They will interact with various departments within ADMIS and ADM global affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers. We have a strong team that works well together.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide direction for the New Accounts Team
Knowledge of KYC/AML Requirements
Experience with the onboarding of complex organizational structures and Investment Funds
Supervise the onboarding of futures and forex accounts and maintenance of existing accounts
Manage Ownership and Control Reporting ("OCR") to the CFTC and exchanges
Maintenance of the customer commission master file in the GMI back office system
Critically assesses existing work processes and recommends improvements and efficiencies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
5+ years of FCM New Accounts experience
Experience with GMI, OCR Reporting, Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to communicate in oral and written form with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated technical and team leadership skills capable of managing a team to accomplish assigned projects
