  • Identify strategic opportunities for consolidation, routing efficiencies, infrastructure investment, or service level improvements.
Modelling & Analytics
  • Use advanced modelling and simulation platforms (e.g., Llamasoft) to create data-driven scenarios and guide strategic decisions.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses and trade-off evaluations to support long-term planning.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with business units to understand pain points, gather operational requirements, and implement cross-business solutions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, model-based recommendations for senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
Asset Master Planning

  • Integrate future demand forecasts, capacity needs, and infrastructure investment requirements.
Technology & Tool Enablement
  • Partner with IT and data teams to enhance or deploy tools that improve network visibility, automation, and optimisation capability.
Performance Management
  • Define, track, and report on key KPIs related to network efficiency, responsiveness, and service levels.
Change Leadership
  • Support change management activities to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, models, and processes.
  • Drive engagement, resolve challenges, and support cross-business alignment during transitions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in network optimization, operations strategy, supply chain analytics, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated success improving network performance across multiple business models or geographies.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills with proficiency in tools such as Llamasoft, AnyLogic, SQL, Python, Excel, or GIS platforms.
  • Experience conducting scenario modelling and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
