We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented National Account Executive to support the day-to-day management of key national retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, growing wellness and supplements business with exposure to major UK retailers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day running of key National Accounts.
  • Manage account operations across grocery and retail customers - including range cycles, promotional planning, and performance analysis.
  • Lead and update S&OP forecasting processes.
  • Conduct category reviews to support range evaluations and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with marketing briefs and campaign execution to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and influence dot.com presence and media plans across selected accounts.
  • Monitor and report EPOS sales data weekly, analysing campaign and promotional performance.
  • Support with New Line Forms (NLFs), administrative tasks, and promotional calendar updates.
  • Act as the internal customer champion, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
About You
  • Experience supporting National Accounts in an FMCG or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with retailer systems and portals.
  • Strong data analysis and marketing background.
  • Experience within the Wellness or VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) category preferred.
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong IT proficiency - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
