About the Role
We're seeking a Maintenance Millwright to join our Maintenance Department at ADM's Windsor Crush and Oil Refinery Facility. This role supports one (1) existing vacancy and plays a critical part in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent and/or Maintenance Lead Hand, you will perform a variety of mechanical maintenance activities in a fast-paced industrial environment, supporting both preventative and failure-based maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
What You'll Do
Maintain all aspects of mechanical equipment and power transmission systems
Work in compliance with established safety standards and practices
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs and rebuilds
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
Recommend equipment changes, modifications, or upgrades to improve reliability and performance
Read and interpret equipment drawings and technical documentation
Document completed work and equipment modifications
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Work collaboratively as part of a team while also performing tasks independently with minimal supervision
What You Bring
High level of mechanical competence
Strong knowledge of applicable OHSA standards, GMPs, HACCP, and food/feed safety requirements
Experience with industrial maintenance practices and procedures
Hands-on experience with couplings and alignment, conveyors, safe rigging practices, hydraulics, cutting, grinding, and welding
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time constraints
Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to initiate work based on general direction
Minimum two (2) years' experience as a journeyman preferred

Availability to work overtime and respond to call-ins on evenings and weekends as required
Regular, reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours
