• To comply with and promote Safety and Health requirements in accordance with corporate policy, Site procedures and UK legislation.
• To carry out scheduled and unscheduled hygiene work.
• Keep appropriate records of work done.
• Carry out hygiene operations safely as per procedures, to an appropriate standard.
• Assist in IPM as required.
• Assist on Maintenance days as required.
• Bring any leaking or noisy plant to the attention of an appropriate person.
• To adhere to any changes to procedures or record keeping that may be necessary.

• Good knowledge and experience of all aspects concerning hygiene, Safety and Health, IPM, food safety and Company Site Standards secondary education, particularly in Mathematics and English.
• Pest control awareness.
• Food Safety awareness.

• The ability to communicate effectively with other staff and departments.
