Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new ADM vendors and customers, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant integration into ADM systems
Gathering, reviewing, and verifying documentation from ADM vendors and customers
Acting as the first point of contact for ADM vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders during the onboarding process
Contacting vendors to confirm bank details and ensure data accuracy
Cooperating closely with Master Data Management teams and other departments (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Credit) to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality master data
Ensuring daily operations are performed in line with internal policies, agreed targets, and deadlines
Monitoring internal and external customer feedback and sharing insights to support service improvements
Identifying and implementing process improvements within the onboarding scope
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role in an international environment (experience in a Shared Service Center will be an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very good command of English (written and spoken) and French and/or German
University degree in philology, administration, public relations, psychology, marketing, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong team collaboration skills
