Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new ADM vendors and customers, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant integration into ADM systems
  • Gathering, reviewing, and verifying documentation from ADM vendors and customers

  • Acting as the first point of contact for ADM vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders during the onboarding process

  • Contacting vendors to confirm bank details and ensure data accuracy

  • Cooperating closely with Master Data Management teams and other departments (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Credit) to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality master data

  • Ensuring daily operations are performed in line with internal policies, agreed targets, and deadlines

  • Monitoring internal and external customer feedback and sharing insights to support service improvements

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the onboarding scope

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role in an international environment (experience in a Shared Service Center will be an advantage)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken) and French and/or German

  • University degree in philology, administration, public relations, psychology, marketing, or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team collaboration skills
