Marketing Intern - Vietnam

Location: Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh

Duration: 6 months | Full-time | Paid Internship

Start Date: October 17th, 2025

Reports to: Senior Marketing Specialist, APAC

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing intern to join our Vietnam Marketing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day marketing operations as well as ongoing projects such as social media management, brand campaigns, and events organization. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment while building your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media activities: plan content calendar, coordinate design, engage with community, and track performance.

  • Support marketing projects and daily tasks in Vietnam Marketing.

  • Collect and analyze marketing data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in executing brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.

  • Contribute to planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

  • Manage and organize marketing collaterals.

  • Prepare reports and present actionable insights.

  • Handle administrative tasks: update spreadsheets, databases, inventories, and record business activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education: Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Previous internship experience is an advantage.

  • Experience in the animal industry is a plus.

  • Background in social media management or digital marketing preferred.

Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel if required.
