We have a new exciting position available in Sydney to make your own. You will gain valuable experience and exposure to different functions within our business, whilst supporting our Marketing and Sales teams. The duties will be varied and will include the following but not limited to;
Support the Marketing function in the execution of the B2B marketing and communication plans for Australia/New Zealand.
Contribute to the development of customer presentations by analysing Food, Beverage and Health and Wellness market trends, category performance, and consumer insights to deliver compelling, data-led recommendations.
Identify and generate new inside sales opportunities generated through ADM's inbound leads, proactively follow-up and nurture in order to develop new and meaningful customer relationships.
Manage and maintain accurate customer Master and project data within Salesforce & other systems, and provide other general sales administrative support to the ANZ Account Managers as required.
When needed, coordinate and consolidate monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring timely upload and accurate documentation.
The role is diligent in the implementation of all company policy requirements including reporting, compliance, training and other items as assigned by Management
About you
You are energetic, and looking for a varied and fulfilling role. You are passionate about food, beverage and health and wellness with an ambition to translate today's trends and insights into tomorrow's innovation. You are ready to put your learning into practice and grow with in a global B2B business. You are University qualified in Marketing, Business or technology related discipline, further to these but not limited to;
Ideallly demonstrated experience within the Sales or Marketing function of an innovative Food, Beverage or Health & Wellness organisation in Australia/New Zealand.
You bring a strong passion for food, beverage and health & wellness, coupled with the ability to translate current trends and insights into impactful future innovation.
You have a reliable and dedicated attitude with a positive, open minded 'can-do' approach positive.
You have good communication & interpersonal skills, and are an active listener with strong presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word etc) to support both the Sales team and the Marketing Manager effectively.
You have a strong desire to win and go above and beyond expectations.
