Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment.
Accurately document inspection and service activity as required.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply precision millwright activities such as pump and motor alignment.
Ability to safely and effectively utilize rigging and hoisting equipment.
Diligence in job completion, attention to detail when completing a task.
Demonstrate ability to interpret manufacture manual information/blueprints and apply knowledge in the field.
Maintain personal physical fitness level that allows performance of all Plant maintenance work required.
Exhibits willingness to accept all job assignments regardless of working conditions such as high elevations, confined spaces, heat, etc.
Exhibits conscientious effort to know, understand and comply with all Company and Regulatory Agency rules and regulations as applicable to the job.
Exhibits good "Safety Attitude" at all times.
Exhibits good work ethic and uses good work practices at all times on the job.
Achieves ability to accurately enter data into MP2 (CMMS) System including hours worked, parts usage and work order information.
Achieves acceptable level of competence in valve, pump and minor equipment replacement.
Achieves acceptable level of competence in copper tubing and threaded pipe repair.
Exhibits proper knowledge of and skills with hand tools and power tools as required by the job.
Willingly accepts overtime and emergency call-in work as necessary.
Achieves basic level of competence in maintenance skills that allows participating in Maintenance Department call-in rotation.
Requirements
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Welding experience preferred.
Strong Organization and Communication Skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Sphera (Incident Tracking Database)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
