Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage ADM's network of warehouses across the Philippines by developing and implementing strategies that optimize operations, including layout planning, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Articulate and plan warehouse requirements across the country using existing and projected volumes.
  • Ensure optimal warehouse capacity, recommending termination of rented warehouses that are no longer needed.
  • Manage and oversee all activities related to inventory control, ensuring accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Finance for inventory reconciliation
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and components required for production.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high level of productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Draft, implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
  • Utilize/help develop or procure a warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory movement, monitor KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, optimize freight costs, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure budget for warehousing and transport operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for safety and cleanliness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any warehouse-related issues or concerns, resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform all other activities as needed.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
