• Receive analysis requests as assigned and perform chromatographic analyses according to established methods.
  
  
• Review and report analytical results.
  
  
• Maintain analytical records in compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
  
  
• Control and manage chemicals, equipment, and analytical instruments used in the laboratory.
  
  
• Maintain and monitor the working area on a daily basis.
  
  
• Handle customer complaints related to analytical results, identify root causes, and propose solutions for non-conforming results.
  
  
• Update changes to analytical methods when required.
  
  
• Verify and validate analytical methods according to plans and supervisors' requirements.
  
  
• Receive and implement new analytical methods.
  
  
• Report to supervisors when detecting any abnormal issues.
  
  
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC/MS/MS, GC, and perform result calculations.
  
  
• Read, understand, and prepare technical documents in Vietnamese and English.
  
  

• Education: College degree or higher in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  
  
• Skills: Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Work attitude: Careful, responsible, cooperative, and serious about work.
  
  
• Enthusiastic, honest, confident, professional, persistent, and willing to learn.
  
  
• Communication skills: Good listening skills and the ability to handle situations flexibly and effectively.
  
  
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  
  
• Language: English proficiency.
  
  
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in chromatographic analysis in fields such as animal feed, food, or related industries.
