International Shipping Material Handler - Erlanger, KY

Position Summary: Coordinating & collaborating with all groups both internal and external to ensure that all rules and regulations set forth by the US Customs & FDA are in place and being followed in regards to compliance related activates. Additionally responsible for researching and implementing processes as required to meet all company and departmental goals and objectives. To ensure global supply chain is minimally affected and be proactive with identifying risk to the supply chain.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ability to prioritize each day's workload.
  • Follow all IATA/IMDG rules and regulations (overpacks, etc.).
  • Review all orders to maintain accuracy with validating picking and consolidation.
  • International billing of orders while maintaining documentation with editing and updating up to and after shipment. Creating other international documents as needed.
  • Collaborate daily with all shift supervisors to follow proper SOP's as well as with Logistics and CSR teams.
  • Perform staging, labeling, and loading of shipment.
  • Order, maintain, and replenish all international shipping supplies (placards, labels, etc.).
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
  • Development and Training of new employees
