You'll be supporting our senior application specialists in developing and testing food prototypes across two exciting areas: meat & savoury, and bakery & confectionery. Based in our Singapore lab, you'll also help with general lab work as part of the applications team.

Your Responsibilities

Learn how to prepare food prototypes for real-world projects
Assist with hands-on lab work related to product development
Work with ingredients like flavours and other raw materials to bring product ideas to life
Support development of products such as nuggets, sausages, and patties - as well as cookies, breads, cereal bars, candies, and chocolates
Help maintain ingredient inventory and keep the lab running smoothly
Manage multiple projects at the same time and stay organized
