Identity and Access Management Lead - Erlanger, KY

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Lead to assist in leading ADM Identity Governance and Administration workstreams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee identity and access management tools and processes including 3rd party partner support.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets including Dissatisfaction Survey remediation.
  • Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
  • Facilitate management of user accounts and permissions to systems, applications and data.
  • Oversee access reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Own response to audit findings and implementation of remediation measures.
  • Investigate incidents and where needed, follow through with the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensure 3rd party compliance to required ADM service level agreements.
  • Work with senior leadership to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of Cyber Security experience
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft consumer tools
  • Strong understanding of Identity Management and Access Control principles and practices
  • Experience with SOX regulatory requirements and NIST Identity Guidelines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading diverse teams
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Willingness to participate to respond to incidents outside of regular business hours if necessary.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
