Identity and Access Management Lead - Erlanger, KY
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Lead to assist in leading ADM Identity Governance and Administration workstreams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee identity and access management tools and processes including 3rd party partner support.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets including Dissatisfaction Survey remediation.
Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
Facilitate management of user accounts and permissions to systems, applications and data.
Oversee access reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
Own response to audit findings and implementation of remediation measures.
Investigate incidents and where needed, follow through with the implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure 3rd party compliance to required ADM service level agreements.
Work with senior leadership to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of Cyber Security experience
Strong knowledge with Microsoft consumer tools
Strong understanding of Identity Management and Access Control principles and practices
Experience with SOX regulatory requirements and NIST Identity Guidelines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience leading diverse teams
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Willingness to participate to respond to incidents outside of regular business hours if necessary.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
