• Implement, maintain, review and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures and management systems in line with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable HSE legislation, regulations and internal guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits and workplace inspections.
• Lead HSE training programs, awareness initiatives and emergency preparedness activities onsite.
• Monitor, analyze and report on HSE performance, identifying trends and driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as a key ambassador for HSE, promoting a strong safety culture based on engagement, ownership and accountability.

• Support the Production Manager in the day-to-day planning, coordination and execution of production activities.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling, reporting, documentation and workflow organization.
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Monitor production performance to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and meet delivery targets.
• Provide guidance and support to production personnel and help resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

• Safety: Maintain and continuously promote a safe working environment, leading by example in all HSE matters.
• Quality: Ensure production consistently meets internal standards and customer requirements.
• Efficiency: Support process optimization and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

• Proven experience in HSE management and/or production supervision in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
• Experience in a food, feed or similar regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative leadership approach.
• Ability to effectively manage and balance responsibilities across two complementary roles.
