Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leadership in Human and Pet Nutrition to align HR strategies with business objectives, effectively addressing evolving organizational needs.
  • Partner with regional HR Business Partners to synchronize HR strategic planning, headcount planning, budgeting, and other key HR initiatives.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement practices that promote strategic growth, while improving organizational effectiveness and executive excellence.
  • Work with the Learning and Talent Management team to design impactful programs focused on training, career development, and job performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and overseeing effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management and employee development, providing HR expertise and coaching to individuals and groups as needed.
  • Streamline processes related to compensation, data management, recruitment, and performance feedback in partnership with the Country HR team.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process for key roles.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation team on benefits and payroll-related projects to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Advocate for a culture of excellence to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and talent retention.
  • Engage in key projects, including change management initiatives and HR process optimization programs, etc.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree and above, MBA is preferred
  • 10 years above HR related working experience in multinational corporations.
  • Demonstrated experiences and knowledge in the various HR functional areas, covering talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, organization development, etc.
  • Experience in the Human and Pet Nutrition industry is a plus
  • Be able to transform business needs and strategies into executable human resource practices.
  • Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability, ability to work independently.
  • Fast learning and willing to working under high pressure environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills; Excellent communication skills.
  • Language: fluent English.
