Role Summary

We are seeking for a HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and employee benefits administration, and HR operations support in compliance with Singapore regulations for Singapore offices. This role will report to the HR Manager in Singapore and essential in providing critical support to HR & Finance teams, ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits execution, and timely statutory filings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and excels at managing competing tasks.

Your Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Compliance
  • Work with payroll vendor to execute monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, bonuses, CPF calculations, income tax deductions, and payments
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings such as CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, and year-end tax clearance documents
  • Oversee final withholding tax filings and work pass cancellations for exiting employees
  • Handle payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly and efficiently
  • Issue payslips promptly in required formats
  • Handle leave management, recordkeeping, and salary deductions for unpaid leave.
  • Act as Payroll Reviewer for regional operations (e.g. Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan), coordinating with local teams and global payroll vendors
  • Process public statutory leave claims (NS Make-Up Pay, maternity/paternity, childcare)
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records (new hires, salary adjustments, terminations, benefits enrollment)
  • Respond to MOM surveys and statutory data submission requirements
Benefits Administration & Events
  • Manage employee benefits policy, renewals, and enrollment/termination administration.
  • Handle internal claims and reimbursements, tracking health benefit usage and maintaining relevant records.
  • Liaise with insurers and medical providers during annual renewals.
  • Organise and support annual office activities and social events
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives that align with company values and engage employees
HR Operations Support
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files, HR documentation, and digital records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation not limited to employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers etc.
  • Support HR operational activities such as onboarding, orientation, training or course registrations and submissions for surveys or grants.Assit with HR audits and annual HR budget preparation while coordinating with the relevant teams
Immigration & Expat Administration
  • Administer work pass applications and renewals (EP, DP, SP, etc.) and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate Singapore visas for overseas visitors and support immigration logistics.
  • Partner with Global Mobility and local vendors to manage expatriate onboarding, relocation, temporary housing, and lease agreement coordination.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks if required
Your Profile
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in Singapore payroll and benefits administration, preferably in MNC or regional HR settings. Certification in HR e.g., IHRP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS (SuccessFactors) and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Orientation to details
  • Pro-active problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
