The role is responsible on several areas of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, personnel administration, learning and development and HR operations. The role requires both a good knowledge of the company and HR experience to be able to respond to the local business and people requirements. It is a highly dynamic and multi-cultural environment, with English as the primary business language.
This person will work twice a week in corporate office in Cebu City and 3 times a week in production site in Minglanilla.
Coordinate all employee-related questions, works closely with frontline managers, supervisors and employees to improve work relationships, build positive culture and morale, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Coordinate and implement local HR policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate HR policies; Supports in monitoring and handling disciplinary action cases.
Supports and partners with HR Manager in designing and implementing employee programs that will promote diversity, equity and inclusion including a positive company culture and core values
Ensure participation of the business unit, department or function on HR programs and activities
Ensure accuracy of details in the documentation of personnel files and employee movements
Coordinate and implement the full people life-cycle at the location/s, including recruiting, onboarding, promotions, relocations and offboarding; monitors and supports in ensuring the effectiveness of the performance management system in all levels of the organization.
Communicate or conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ensure effective implementation of onboarding program and support new hires integration successfully.
Support and/or participate in HR projects, including reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions
Uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct
Manage and maintain correct HR data in HR systems including Employee Central, Kenexa, MyADM, GED, etc. and offer relevant training to line managers and supervisors of the standard process to ensure the data total accuracy in HR systems.
Update relevant HR reports timely and ensure the data correction according to company needs.
Support employee learning program locally, like New Hire Orientation, annual ADM required training, compliance training, etc.
Monitor monthly payroll and relevant payment, monitor the service level of vendor's delivery, propose at needs to drive SLA achievement and improvement.
Other Human resources tasks assigned by the Immediate Manager.
Your Profile:
At least 5 years HR experience in multinational companies and a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable in labor relations, is able to handle people issue independently.
Experience on payroll, timekeeping and statutory regulations.
Experience on learning and development programs is a plus.
Can work with minimum supervision. Comfortable working on matrix, international and multicultural organization.
Good interpersonal relation skills, proactiveness, ability to work independently and execute promptly /good initiator.
Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities when necessary to meet the requirements of the internal stakeholders, and business.
Understands and ensures data confidentiality.
