ADM is seeking a proactive and safety-focused Health & Safety "Technician" to support our operations in Valencia, where you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of HSE policies and ensure compliance with national safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular internal safety inspections and implement preventive and corrective measures
Assist in maintaining and improving the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Support risk assessments and method statements related to laboratory and chemical processes.
Coordinate HSE training sessions for site employees
Investigate incidents and near-misses, focusing on root cause analysis and prevention.
Maintain HSE documentation and support legal reporting to authorities.
Monitor contractor compliance with ADM and regulatory safety requirements.

What You Bring:

Degree, diploma, or certification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
3+ years' experience in HSE roles, ideally in Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Research environments
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 14001 standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience with digital HSE platforms like Sphera Cloud or GEMINI is a plus.
