Responsible for the overall Digital applications development and support within their scope. This role is specifically focusing on customer facing Applications (web, desktop, mobile).
This role serves 3 main pillars: it is about managing the applications lifecycle partnering with business, development and infrastructure teams. Story being from requirements to the actual service being released with it release notes to customers, being mostly hands on when it comes to receive and approve the PR up to deploying it, run SIT and get UAT signed off and then get it released by 24/7 teams.
Articulate business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with to leverage digital needs. Partner with both business as well as development and infrastructure operations teams to support implementing strategy to leverage key digital assets within the realm of ADM branding.
Be a technical point of reference in the partnership with business teams and their public facing line of support.
Provide documented technology guidance, road-maps, principles and best practices as to set standards for our Center of Excellence.
Provide technical support and drive technical maintenance of the solutions in scope.
Drive development and operations/hosting with internal or outsourced resources, with customer engagement and quality as guiding principles.
Monitor application design and ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with a minimum 5+ years of job experience in IT.
Experience as Technical Lead or Service Delivery Manager.
3+ years of experience on agile digital assets service delivery management being preferred.
Experience with one or more modern Front End frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
5+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML.
Experience with Back-end frameworks (.Net, Java, Python), Databases (SqlServer, Oracle, PostGreSQL, mariaDB, Mongo, Cosmos) and integrations .
5+ years of .Net or Java / SqlServer or PostGreSql experience being preferred.
3+ years of experience of Git related source control best practices.
Experience with leveraging DevSecOps CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, DevOps, Github).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (eg. ARM, Terraform) and operations automation practices (eg. Rundeck, Ansible, Powershell).
Experience with hosting technologies and web server configuration (eg. Apache, IIS, proxies).
Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver artifacts.
Experience of Web Services, XML, XSD, SOAP, JSON, REST, OPENAPI and ODATA Services.
Experience with an ITSM (eg Service Now) and backlog management tools (eg Devops, Jira).
Experience setting up / writing unit, integration, and end to end tests.
Relevant Technical architect background in cloud based solution/services to provide application delivery into cloud environment, Azure being preferred.
Knowledge of Security Standards - SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc.
Knowledge of major communication protocols such as HTTPS, SFTP, TCPIP, JDBC, JMS etc.
Knowledge of web performance best practices (eg. GTMetrix, CDNs CloudFlare/CloudFront).
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and tools (eg. Figma).
Knowledge of accessibility best practices (eg. WCAG).
Proactivity and ability to organize work from high level directions, confirm detailed execution as needed and report out on status to stakeholders.
Comfortable in a workenvironment that requires strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration, and open communication. Knowledge of the principles & patterns of Agile software development.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to technically drive development and operations resources, potentially outsourced.
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, and passion to deliver quality solutions both individually and as part of a team.

Experience with cloud technologies and/or application development platforms including PaaS, IaaS, Containers, Serverless Computing, APIs, Microservices and DevOps.
Experience with digital marketing stack tools and practices (domains, certificates, analytics, consent, marketing automation) - Google Marketing Platform, One Trust, Salesforce being preferred.
Awareness to Quality Assurance activities (eg. Load testing and related troubleshooting, Automated testing).
