GT PMO Project Analyst, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Oversee project data analysis, track project progress, and prepare comprehensive status reports while maintaining accurate documentation. Maintain project documentation, ensure accuracy and completeness within established repository and guidelines. Verifies project artifacts reflect the latest information and are clearly articulated. Support timely report submissions by acquiring accurate data. Conduct analyses to identify and report any misalignments between the project schedule and scope to Program/Project Managers. Confirming alignment with stakeholder requirements and intended outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Technology Management, Business, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
• Maintaining project plans in the tool, monitoring progress, updating tasks status, confirming tasks percent complete, updating dependencies and coordinating with team members to confirm timely completion in line with project goals;
• Assisting Program/Project Manager with tracking project objectives to confirm project is on time and within budget; and
• Maintaining the appropriate repositories to capture status reports, meeting minutes and all other project artifacts/deliverables.
Must have one (1) year of experience with/in:
• Gathering tasks, dependencies, and durations to build project plan in the project portfolio management tool; and
• Analyzing project data to support the project team by identification of trends, issues, and risks.
Up to 5% domestic travel may be required.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
