Your Responsibilities

The Global Technology Development Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Global Technology Organization, a GT Automation Developer you will be responsible for understanding the AS-IS process and designing the TO-BE process workflow, automation design and develop automations using RPA and scripting tools.

Analyzing and understanding the business processes
Identifying and communicating the technical software requirements
Design automated solutions in accordance with Enterprise Leading Practices and design principles
Work with Process SMEs to document the process and automation solutions
Assist and write SDDs the clearly document the TO-BE process workflow and automation design
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Develop and test automation processes including unit and integration testing
Analyze and resolve automation software issues where required
Participate in peer review of solution designs
Support business process owners during user acceptance testing
Identify and communicate risks associated with process automation candidates
Support investigation and remediation of test and production issues
Support production deployments processes and performance testing

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in software development
3+ years of experience in automation development using tools Power Automate or UiPath.
Knowledge of programming languages like .Net, Java, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript etc.
Knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering
Awareness of standard SDLC (e.g. Agile, Scrum etc.) and change control processes
Ability blend business and technical analysis to develop efficient process automation
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audience
Experience developing and testing software
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives
Technical Leader in Automation space and has the ability to train and mentor others
