Location: Midland, Ontario
Position Type: Full-Time, hourly
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day with overtime (up to 12 hours/day) and shift work (days, afternoons, midnights) including some weekends

Join our team in Midland, Ontario as a Grain Distributor, where you'll support the safe and efficient handling of grain through general plant operations. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our standards of quality and reliability while gaining valuable experience in agri-processing and logistics.What You'll Do
Clean and maintain general plant areas
Operate equipment such as truck scales, grain probes, and basic lubrication tools
Load and unload vessels and trucks
Perform grain grading and computer-based operations
Shovel, sweep, and conduct other manual tasks
Climb stairs and ladders regularly
Work in a rotating shift schedule, including overtime and weekends

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic math skills and ability to operate standard equipment
