Location: Midland, Ontario

Position Type: Full-Time, hourly

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day with overtime (up to 12 hours/day) and shift work (days, afternoons, midnights) including some weekends

Join our team in Midland, Ontario as a Grain Distributor, where you'll support the safe and efficient handling of grain through general plant operations. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our standards of quality and reliability while gaining valuable experience in agri-processing and logistics.What You'll Do
  • Clean and maintain general plant areas
  • Operate equipment such as truck scales, grain probes, and basic lubrication tools
  • Load and unload vessels and trucks
  • Perform grain grading and computer-based operations
  • Shovel, sweep, and conduct other manual tasks
  • Climb stairs and ladders regularly
  • Work in a rotating shift schedule, including overtime and weekends

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependable, punctual attendance and professional conduct
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate standard equipment
