We're looking for a Global Digital Media Executive who will play a crucial role in executing our digital strategy. You will be responsible for managing campaigns that will increase brand awareness and drive sales through our B2B and B2C websites, as well as ensuring we have effective retention strategies in place to increase brand loyalty.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our paid media across all relevant channels, i.e. search, social, display, affiliates and amazon media
Briefing and managing our digital strategies and the execution of paid media activities aligned to our digital experience map to deliver consumer centric campaigns resulting in the strong growth of our direct to consumer and eCommerce brands
Support the Global Media Manager to deliver yearly growth targets by executing plans on time, within budget and against forecasts
Work closely with our media agency to plan, execute and report against set KPIs based on our brand and business goals and objectives
Manage budget effectively with regular internal reporting on ROI/ KPI delivery and spend effectiveness to maximise campaign impact
Detailed measurement, tracking and optimisation of paid media on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and share back learnings and insights to inform future campaigns
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to work together towards our brand's big rocks and deliver results
Stay on top of industry media trends, best practices, tools and technologies via keen topic interest to explore A/B testing and innovation opportunities
Monitor competitor activity closely
Qualification and Experience
UK and US experience required
Experience working on a D2C/ eComm only brand in a digital first environment
A strong track record of executing digital marketing campaigns, from setup to reporting.
Minimum 4 years of paid media experience within an agency environment or B2C / D2C client side
In depth knowledge of paid media, especially across search, social and display advertising.
Understanding of how paid, earned & owned media interact
A proven track record of developing and executing strong media plans with D2C and Amazon success
Strong demonstration of working cross functionally to get the best results
Experience of working with DSPs, amazon advertising & retail media platforms
Ability to work and manage agencies
A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills, turning data into insights, and make data-driven decisions
Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Amazon advertising, retail media platforms. Skai, pacvue experience a benefit
