Your Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis partners with Commercial, Operations, Business Development, and Corporate functions to establish and execute on short, medium, and long term strategic financial plans of the company and its alignment with the global corporate strategy. This includes the annual strategic business plan, financial planning cycle, monthly financial forecasting, and tracking of key initiatives, and/or analytical support of financial results. This position coordinates with BU FP&A group and GBS Team to align reporting across the company.

Analysts at ADM have strong knowledge of company's operations, systems, processes, the industry in which it operates, and key metrics used to measure performance. Those in this role are expected to maintain good working relationships with business partners and deliver accurate, timely and insightful information. Analysts should also have good knowledge of a system of internal controls to keep the company operating within an acceptable level of risk.
  • Partner across the finance organization with a focus on driving actions that improve the business unit performance
  • Assist with the annual and 5 year business plans including operating, capital and financial components
  • Coordinate the development and reporting of the business unit financial forecast
  • Evaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances vs. prior and vs. plan
  • Assist with the development of Power BI dashboards for business analytics
  • Work with FP&A Director on the tracking process and KPI's for business unit
  • Partner with the business unit to support, educate, and track company return metrics
  • Provide analytical support to the business unit for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
  • Provide assistance on external and internal presentations for business unit as needed
  • Benchmark company's financial and operating results against industry performance
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficiency in financial statements, accounting, and business analysis, and experience with data analytics tools.
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge on Hyperion Financial Management and large ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office application such as Excel, PowerPoint
