What You'll Experience

As a participant in our Finance Development Program, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in various finance functions, including Controlling, Internal Audit, Credit, Tax, and Statutory Accounting.

• Work in an international environment, starting in Poznan, Poland, with at least one assignment in Hamburg, Germany.

• Build a strong network within ADM, being mentored by senior finance leaders and work closely with experienced professionals.

• Receive funded professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) to support your career development.

How the Program Works

• Two-year rotation across key finance functions, spending six months in each area.

• Exposure to Global Business Services (GBS), Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling & Accounting, Credit & Treasury, and Tax & Statutory Accounting.

• A structured learning experience combining on-the-job training, mentorship, and professional development.

• The opportunity to secure a permanent role within ADM's finance team after successfully completing the program.

Who We're Looking For

Recent graduates (or students in their final year) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in an international business environment.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
