• Manage execution for local trades.
• Solve operational issues arising from daily activities.
• Control and optimize operating costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (e.g., port, warehouse, trucking service providers).
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Perform daily data entry and ticketing of all deliveries.
• Interact with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by Management.
• Support the trade team and participate in other ad hoc activities as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the feed or agricultural industry, specifically in supply chain or trading operations.
• Strong knowledge of import-export processes, customs regulations, warehousing, and commodity quality management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Careful, meticulous, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
