Our Internships

ADM are looking for talented and dedicated engineers to join our global organization as interns in summer 2025 through to summer 2026.

Kick-start your engineering career with hands-on experience at ADM Stafford, a key site within ADM's global network, specializing in the production of sauces, syrups, fruit inclusions, and fillings. We are offering a valuable internship opportunity for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our on-site engineering team. This role provides exposure to real-world manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced food production environment. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining practical knowledge and contributing to projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.

We can potentially offer engineering internship at our site in Stafford in the UK. We provide first-hand experience in dealing with the myriad challenges routinely faced in our facilities, learn the fundamentals of production processes (which include preparing, mixing and packing a variety of products), and work with an experienced team of engineering professionals on a variety of production processes and projects. We are open to discuss what projects might be mutually beneficial to both us as a business and you to support your learning journey, but examples can include projects on:

• Upgrading and streamlining of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) infrastructure and processes

• Critical Speares & Inventory Optimization Project

• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

• Yield improvements

Our program promotes the development of the Intern through personalized coaching, mentoring and supervision while providing a training ground for potential future employees - which ideally is what such an internship would lead to!
