EHS/ TPS Manager

  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Perform site internal EHS/TPS inspections.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures for the risks detected during inspections.
  • Support colleagues to maintain safe systems, providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support.
  • Lead the investigation of incidents and accidents to determine the root cause.
  • Report any significant issues or concerns to local Plant Manager or HSE Regional Management.
  • Prepare regulars reports to local Management and EHS Regional Management.
  • Prepare all mandatory legal reports about EHS/TPS requested by Public Administrations
  • Interact with the different Administrations for EHS/TPS topics.
  • Communicate and train the workers in different EHS/TPS skills.
  • Implement all ADM EHS/TPS policies in site.
  • Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; as well as those outlined by our clients and contractors.
  • Implement health and safety systems and procedures to meet specific requirements.
  • To ensure the preparation, maintenance and distribution of all safety requirements.
  • Follow up contractors HS documentation and working procedures
  • Lead implementation and maintain Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
  • Participate in updating risk assessments
  • Participate in procedures relating to industrial risks such as ATEX, fire, process risk analyses, pressurized equipment, etc.
