We're looking for an eCommerce National Account Manager to own and scale Amazon for ADM's leading Bio-Kult (human health) and Protexin (animal health) brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow the Amazon business (1P) - sales, profitability, availability, and execution
  • Drive organic growth through content optimisation, reviews, pricing, and algorithm best practice
  • Plan and optimise promotions, retail media, and launches in line with commercial priorities
  • Monitor sales, rankings, reviews, and competitors; adjust plans to outperform targets
  • Lead forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting, delivering sales and margin KPIs
  • Partner on brand protection, MAP compliance, and 3P seller control
  • Embed a test-and-learn mindset to accelerate growth and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with brand, retail media, supply chain, and global teams
Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon (Vendor &/or Seller Central)
  • Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, ranking levers, and retail media
  • Highly analytical with confidence interpreting sales, traffic, and conversion data
  • Commercially astute with proven P&L ownership
  • Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Advanced Excel skills; confident in PowerPoint and Google Suite
