Your Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced E2E Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of ERP (SAP, JDE etc) & non-ERP technology solutions for our strategic initiatives. This role is based in our Bangalore IT hub and will play a key part in driving operational excellence, collaborating with stakeholders across geographies, and ensuring successful delivery of projects related to SAP S/4HANA functional Core Modules &Technical areas including (ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration) & other technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project delivery teams across SAP and non-SAP engagements with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage resource planning, onboarding, and capacity building to maintain balanced and skilled workforce
  • Set clear objectives, delegate responsibilities and regularly monitor team performance per assigned goals and big rocks.
  • Oversee full project life cycle from blueprint to hyper care by identifying right functional & technical resources, defining clear roles and ensuring timely execution of deliverable across phases
  • Drive collaboration between business, functional and technical team members to align on solution design, build activities, facilitate test cycles, manage go-live preparation and coordinate post-go live support to ensure smooth transition.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Core Modules and integrated applications
  • Drive requirement-gathering workshops, solution design, and business process discussions using industry best practices.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and document key design decisions ensuring optimal use of standard SAP functionality.
  • Create detailed functional specifications for development objects in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders, process leads, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and change requests.
  • Provide training, end-user support, and maintain documentation to strengthen user adoption.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure delivery is aligned with defined KPIs and SLAs.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, automation, and system enhancements.
Your Profile
  • 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4 SD core functional modules with good understanding of integration points across SAP modules.
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional processes such as Prospect to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards project execution.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends, holidays, or extended shifts to support critical program objectives
  • Open to domestic and occasional international travel, as required for business needs.
  • Exposure to Agile or Water fall delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience working in a global delivery model in the US/EU regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory
