Document Control and Data Specialist - Kennesaw, GA

Job Responsibilities:

responsible for managing controlled documents, change controls, and related processes in compliance with customer requirements, cGMP, and cGLP standards. They manage and execute change control workflows within Deerland's systems, ensuring accurate records, proper approvals, and timely implementation. In addition, they promote employee engagement and compliance within Deerland's training program.

Document Control Specialists also maintain and update data within Deerland's software systems, including the Quality Management System (QMS) and ERP, ensuring changes are documented, approved, and traceable in accordance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.

Required Skills:
  • Working knowledge and experience pertaining to cGMP standards
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing, customers, operations etc.
  • Results driven, strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education Requirements:
  • Minimum - High School Diploma
  • Preferred - Associate's Degree
Required Experience:
  • 2-3 years' work experience preferably with cGMPs for dietary supplements
