Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has an opportunity for a results-oriented Data and Analytics (DNA) Director, Data Transformation. The Director, Data Transformation is accountable for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of major transformation programs within or impacting the DNA organization. These programs include (but are not limited to) the global ERP and foundational technology and process program (1ADM) and commercial enablement program (e.g., strategic pricing analytics, key account management performance). In addition, this role will directly manage migration of data from source systems into our SAP R/4 installation, creating a new platform for analytics and master data. A successful leader will work have thorough knowledge of information lifecycle management and will build processes to ensure the disposition of data from archival, to fit for purpose, to analytics ready while leveraging excellent communication skills to articulate the change to business and technical team members in support of ADM's Data and Analytics Strategies. Key skills in this position include extensive knowledge of business processes, the ability to collaborate with and influence others (senior leaders, team leaders, core working teams and business stakeholders) and extensive knowledge of data warehousing (DW), master data management (MDM), data migration, advanced analytics, robotic process automation (RPA) and business intelligence (BI).
Serve as the primary point of contact within DNA for Transformation impact programs and activities
Serve as a key Data Workstream / Track leader for the 1ADM Program
Oversee the data deployment and data migration teams in effectively analyzing sources and transferring that data to S/4 HANA
Manage a team of employees and consultants to deliver per the program schedule
Coordinate activities between business leaders and technical teams to gain understanding of requirements and develop strategies to effectively deliver data as required and manage business expectations
Maintain vigilance over the day-to-day activities and serve as a voice to the program on status, issues and risks
Collaborate with team in the planning, design, development, and deployment solutions to aid in the disposition of data from source to target.
Analyze and evaluate requirements in order to design solutions that best leverage our existing data applications and tools.
Serve as the connection between IT service delivery and the business & process stakeholders, representing Data and Analytics and promoting their services and capabilities
Develop a playbook to make the efforts a data migration repeatable and predictable, which can be used in the program and in other efforts such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures
Enforce processes and standardization of data assets
Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process.
Collaborate with Data and Analytics architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards
Drive continuous service improvement through established processes
Facilitate prioritization and management of business requests based on business value
Facilitate internal and third party service review meetings
Own the relationship with external application vendors
Drive change and innovation to support Global Process Owner vision
Standard Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or other related field preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in a large-scale, enterprise data environment
Demonstrated ability to work with others, to lead and affect process and organizational changes and improvements
Deep experience in at least three areas including business intelligence, advanced analytics data warehousing, big data, robotic process automation, data architecture, data governance or master data management
Knowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business processes.
Proficient understanding of how technology can solve for identified business problems.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.

Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills
