• Lead the Japan CD&D team to strongly contribute to achieving the commercial goals, and further build up the required technical capabilities in Japan.
• Provide professional technical service and connect with key strategic customers on high level.

• Lead the CD&D team to provide the technical service, closely cooperate with all cross functional teams to achieve the business target
• Develop the teams' capabilities to be the leading team in the industry
• Connect with counterparts at highly strategic customers and build strong relationships
• Manage the capital investment and personal investment for CD&D department, leverage all the resources for valuable output
• New project review, technical feasibility approval and assignment, to supervise the implementation and execution of the key projects
• Internal and external technical communication, trouble-shooting
• Be responsible for the lab safety management

• Master degree or above in Food Science or related field
• More than 15 years Food/Beverage R&D related working experience
• Familiar with Japan Food/Beverage/Nutrition market, has good vision of the market further development
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good time management
