  • Maintain a comprehensive view of ADM's carbon credit generation, inventory, and forward position.
  • Identify global market trends, credit quality attributes, and emerging opportunities to maximize the value of ADM-generated carbon credits.
Commercial Execution & Sales
  • Develop new customer relationships across domestic and international carbon market segments.
  • Execute sales of carbon credits with disciplined commercial strategy and appropriate risk management.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers, negotiate commercial terms, and close transactions across diverse geographies.
  • Create and refine customer-facing messaging tailored to specific market segments and regions.
Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sustainability, CCUS Operations, Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications) to support market entry strategies.
  • Communicate market insights, pricing dynamics, and strategic implications to internal leadership.
  • Support leadership in shaping ADM's broader decarbonization monetization strategy.
  • Represent ADM across a broad range of stakeholders, including registries, exchanges, brokers, and prospective offtakers.
Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in commodity trading, merchandising, or commercial sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new customers and markets.
  • Understanding of processing, logistics, and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-evolving market with incomplete information.
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical teams, commercial leaders, external customers, and executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international markets or globally traded commodities.
  • Exposure to carbon markets, environmental commodities, or ESG-related commercial structures.
  • Familiarity with CCUS technologies and carbon credit methodologies.
