• Act as a role model for site safety, and drive strong safety, process safety, and food safety performance.
• Ensure adherence to ADM standards and regulatory requirements for refinery operations.
• Ensure achievement of operational requirements in refining, bleaching, deodorizing, boilers, wastewater treatment, and oil loading.
• Continuously improve safety and environmental performance, food safety/quality, cost, efficiency, and asset effectiveness through Performance Excellence, Readiness, and collaboration with site personnel and the Centers of Excellence.
• Develop a high-performance team through employee engagement, mentoring and development of team members and drive accountability and ownership.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, and training standards.
• Lead investigations and participate in site audits, SQF audits and sanitation items throughout the refinery.
• Assist in the identification, development, and execution of capital projects.
• Partner with facility leader to create a continuous improvement culture throughout complex and all colleagues

• Experience leading teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to communicate at all levels within an organization

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is highly preferred. Will consider candidates who possess an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• Familiarity with ADM Performance Excellence preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role required
