Responsibilities:

  • Represent the CETC team in 1ADM GTS subprocesses by supporting design discussions, testing, and key decision reviews.
  • Track global customs audits, risks, and provisions; coordinate with regional leaders and streamline reporting.
  • Maintain the CETC global mapping database and lead annual risk assessments.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and provide solution recommendations.
  • Analyze trade data to identify compliance risks and duty optimization opportunities.
  • Document and improve customs processes for efficiency and standardization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate and validate customs data.
  • Automate data tasks and generate insights to improve compliance and reduce errors.
  • Support global/regional projects and other assigned initiatives.
  • Contribute to team goals with a focus on execution, performance, and safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or global trade operations
  • Working knowledge of customs regulations (in any country) and SAP GTS
  • Experience with trade data analysis, risk assessments, and audit processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx)
  • Familiarity with global customs processes and documentation
  • Understanding of trade preference, classification, valuation, and duty optimization
  • Customs Broker License preferred.
