We're looking for a proactive and service-driven Customer Support Representative to join our Animal Nutrition Business Unit. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and wants to make a tangible impact on day-to-day operations. You'll be the key contact for our customers and a trusted partner to our Sales Manager, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and professional order-to-delivery process.
As the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, your core responsibilities will include:
Managing and entering customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP Business One (SAP B1)
Coordinating transportation with customers, ensuring all logistics meet service standards and expectations
Preparing and providing export documentation for international shipments
Monitoring order status, tracking delivery progress, and proactively updating customers
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance overall customer experience
Collaborating across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth operations
Supporting the Sales Manager in account management and helping meet sales objectives
Providing coverage for team members during absences, vacations, or peak workloads
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in customer support and international operations:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or order management role
Prior experience in international B2B environments; knowledge of the Food or Feed industry is a plus
Skilled in managing export documents and banking-related order processes
Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping logistics
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and experienced with SAP B1
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded, with strong problem-solving skills
