The CS Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key link between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Production, Logistics, Pricing and Technical teams.
Main responsibilities:
Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
To be the reference contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Formulation...) to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Follow-up of orders and delays or incidences communication to customers
Maintain and update customer and order data in ERP
Support the sales team with information and reporting related to customers.
Handle and follow-up customer complaints and claims
Export and shipping documentation if required
Qualification and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Trade.
Administrative vocational training with at least 5 years of experience.
