JOB DESCRIPTIONAn opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Coordinator based in Erith, working on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months. This role is part of the Customer Services department in ADM Erith Oil Works. The main areas of responsibility include supporting the Customer Service Team, ensuring major contracts are managed and executed accurately and to deadlines.

The main duties of this role will include:
  • Processing orders on ADM systems
  • Arranging for haulage
  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Liaising with customer on deliveries
  • Ensuring all customer expectations are met
  • Able to cover all areas of order processing
  • Dealing with demurrage and additional costs
  • Holiday cover for the team
  • Liaising with commercial on contracts
  • Using VMI for customer load planning

The successful candidate will possess the following:
