• Chef will work directly with ADM sales, marketing, culinary and technical teams on projects and presentations supporting the growth of our business.
• Chef will also work independently on assigned projects under direction of culinary director.
• Act as central translation point between idea and execution.

• This position is responsible for developing savory based applications using the ADM product portfolio leading directly to new business wins.
• Leverage insights and trends to develop new product concepts and gold standard recipe creations.
• Translating flavor and consumer trends into successful products formatted to customer manufacturing processes.
• Enhancing customer engagement - building chef to chef relationships
• Developing and participating in culinary food presentations at customer locations.
• Comfortable using and working with project management systems.
• Maintaining proper sanitation and safety guidelines within kitchen and work areas.

• Culinology/Culinary school graduate with some restaurant experience is essential.
• B.A. or B.S. degree with some corporate exposure and industry experience is ideal.
• Food industry experience either in customer facing or development roles is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food science principles such as thermal process methods is expected.
• Possessing computer skills such as Power Point, Excel, Publisher is helpful.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and other ADM innovation centers is required.
• Excellent people skills, innovative thinking, and solid organizational skills are highly valued.
• Working well in a fast paced, team environment is especially important.
