This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

The Credit and Portfolio Manager will have a dual role at ADMIS. The Credit Manager role focuses on counterpart risk management including the financial analysis and review of customers, CCPs, carrying brokers and investment counterparties. This position will further develop and maintain policies and procedures used by ADMIS to measure and monitor client and counterparty exposure and to establish corresponding limits. The Portfolio Manager role is tasked with the oversight of cash investments, with a goal of managing financial risk, complying with industry guidelines and optimizing returns. This position will interact with various ADMIS departments including Risk and Compliance. The position will also interact with ADMIS and ADM affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers. The position reports to the ADMIS Treasurer.

Credit Manager Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and monitor customer business information, credit data, and financial statements in support of establishing and maintaining trading limits.
  • Analyze and monitor non-customer counterparty information and financial statements in support of managing counterparty exposure.
  • Obtain counterparty financial data and update the corresponding database of financial metrics.
  • Prepare periodic customer and non-customer counterparty credit reviews.
  • Participate in and support the Credit Risk Committee
  • Further develop and maintain credit policy and procedures in accordance with firm objectives and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with Treasury operational tasks or projects as assigned.
Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor portfolio performance and report out to senior management.
  • Monitor and document investment and counterparty credit risks.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies based on financial objectives, regulatory guidelines and ADMIS risk tolerance.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and regulatory review to support any investment recommendations.
  • Present investment proposals to ADMIS leadership and Credit Risk Committee.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Advanced financial data and statement analysis skillset
  • Advanced technical skills including Excel, Access and SQL
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Engage with internal colleagues at all levels and external counterparts in a professional and effective manner
  • Experience in a collaborative culturally diverse and inclusive environment
  • Ability to work with globally diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications (optional):
  • Experience in the futures trading industry or financial services
  • Prior credit and financial analysis experience
  • Prior fixed income investment experience
  • Data management experience
