Job Purpose:

Be part of ADM's EMEA Compliance team. Coordinate, advise, conduct internal investigation and provide trainings on ADM's global Compliance policies with a focus on Trade Sanctions.

Areas of focus include Anti-Corruption, Internal Investigations, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Trade Sanctions Compliance, Data Privacy, Code of Business Conduct and Conflicts of Interest.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on matters relating to Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Trade Sanctions, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interests in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Work closely with the regional EMEA managers as well as the local management teams to ensure Compliance aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely and compliant manner;
Provide counsel and coordinate the implementation of local policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate policies; proficiency in French is a plus
Conducting internal investigations and Compliance Trainings;

Qualification & experience:

Legal background
Knowledge of Trade Sanctions
Proven track record of experience with Compliance in an international company is strongly preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & German;
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

Strong counselling, negotiation and presentation skills
Mature business partner
Strong problem solving, change management skills and Compliance mindset
Ability to work independently and in an international team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible work attitude
Knowledge of EU laws and regulations related to Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Trade Sanctions and Competition Law.
