Technical Commercial Specialist - Animal Nutrition

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Commercial Personnel to lead commercial growth in our market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development in the monogastric sector, especially within the poultry segment (layers and broilers).
Lead sales negotiations related to premixes, feed additives, enzymes, and biosecurity solutions.
Promote the company's portfolio of services and tailor value-added solutions for clients.
Maintain and grow a strong customer base through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs in nutrition, animal health, and farm management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in the monogastric animal nutrition market in Spain.
Solid knowledge in animal nutrition, pathology, and production management.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Previous roles in premix, feed additives, pharmaceutical, genetic, or production companies.
Experience with slaughterhouses or processing companies, particularly where strategic market relationships were developed.
Flexibility to travel extensively within Spain (up to 65% of the time).
Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
