• Create a structured digital asset register, mapping all equipment, components, and lifecycle costs.

• Configure the system to manage reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance, including intelligent alerts to prevent failures.

• Design seamless processes from fault reporting through to completion and sign-off.

• Use IFS tools to ensure the right engineers are deployed efficiently based on skills and availability.

• Link maintenance activities with warehouse systems to ensure critical parts are always available.

• Ensure maintenance costs and service revenues are accurately captured and reflected in financial systems.

• Implement failure tracking and root cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

• Build user-friendly portals for customers and subcontractors to improve transparency and communication.

• Strong working knowledge of IFS Cloud, particularly Asset & Service Management modules
• Proven experience leading IFS implementations within maintenance or engineering environments
• Background in mechanical or process engineering

• Track record of developing maintenance strategies in fast-paced manufacturing environments, ideally packaging lines
• Experience within regulated environments such as GMP, BRC, ISO9001, or BETA NOPS is desirable

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
