Working closely with the Bev Go-to-market team and technical team, this roll will lead foodservice customer-oriented projects including market insight, communication, and promotion activities, etc. as well as human nutrition products.
Passionate to understand the needs of customers and their consumers, the trends of markets and segments. Show great marketing capabilities to strategic account and lead internal team on innovations and deliver sales revenue.
Your Responsibilities
Insight
Be able to closely follow and track the most updated global trend for food & beverage, flavor, especially in foodservice market, and interpreter trends to fit company's strategy and product portfolio
Quick learning and analyzing on global/regional reports and database
Utilizing and analyzing databases such as Mintel & Euromonitor and other resources to develop insightful reports on market size & trends as needed
Capable of managing a consumer insight study, both quanti and quali
Fully utilize insight learning to build impactful story line for customer presentations
Provide input to support strategic planning and the implementation of customer excellence marketing action plans
Work closely with MCI team to deliver collaboration for synergized cross-subregion study
Customer Engagement
Lead strategic account-based projects by,
Lead project team to think at a strategic level and deliver quality projects on time
Develop compelling sales tools including customer facing presentation/demo/ innovation workshop for key accounts
Closely work with strategic account and key persons to have great influence on business
Innovation part
Lead and drive i2l (innovation 2 launch) campaigns to achieve targeted pipeline inflow
Lead and push forward the overall process
Lead market/consumer insight and brainstorming
Drive internal evaluation and preparation
Measure potential sizing with commercial team and track closely with the customer visits and results
Communication part
Support Wechat platform on product or solution, category related trends as well as ADM capabilities.
Lead the development, maintenance and execution of advertising, print, digital, tradeshows and other promotional activities while ensuring conformity with company's branding.
Others
Lead cross-function projects and barista on innovation demo
Ready for coaching and leading people when business expanded
Work closely with agencies to ensure high levels of service, support and effectiveness.
Respond to market/global requests in a high level of professionalism, proficiency and effectiveness.
Be able to create more efficient process internally and be able to convince top management team
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree or above
More than 7 years MKT experience in related industry: flavor, ingredients, Food & Bev FMCG or foodservice brands, as well as research firm or consumer insight consultant
Good English both oral and written
Team work spirit
Self-motivation
Ability to work under high pressure and multi-tasks
Good communication skills to lead or corporation with cross-function team
Willing to travel
Strategic thinking
Excellent presenting and logical story telling skills
