Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Process Analyst to join our Record to Report team in ADM Global Business Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process discovery sessions, creating process maps, work instructions, and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs). Additionally, this role involves maintaining, reviewing, and controlling these documents, as well as training and socializing them at various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive standardization of global end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for ownership and positioning of key processes across GBS and other functions, regions and Business Units
  • Defining end-to-end processes and leveraging key tools such as Lean, Six Sigma,process control, and root cause analysis to meet business objectives
  • Maintain, review, and control process documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
  • Conduct process discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed information about business processes.
  • Create comprehensive process maps, work instructions, and DTPs to document business processes accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate highly repetitive tasks based on business priorities.
  • Train employees and stakeholders on the use and importance of process documentation.
  • Socialize process documentation across various levels of the organization to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all process documentation is stored and managed in a centralized repository.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process documentation and training programs.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a finance business process analyst or similar roles, ideally within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Economy/ Finance
  • Knowledge of GBS financial processes (RTR, GL, controlling)
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA) and leading CI projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex analyses clearly.
  • Proven ability in process documentation, mapping, discovery sessions, and use of process-mapping tools.
  • Experience training or socializing process documentation is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement in complex organizations.
