What You'll Get to Do
  • Gain exposure to an international manufacturing operation spanning agricultural commodities trading, manufacturing, and animal feed sales.
  • This role sits in the Commodities Procurement department for Animal and Pet Solutions.
  • Support activities focused on the Asia region.
  • Support data analysis efforts by working with databases, creating visualizations, and sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Assist in productivity-driven initiatives to automate processes.
  • Complete one capstone commercial project, culminating in a final presentation to global stakeholders.
What You'll Learn
  • Apply academic knowledge in real-world commercial and business settings.
  • Gain practical experience by working closely with Subject Matter Experts on project execution.
  • Work alongside regional leadership to gain exposure to agricultural commodities and understand value creation across the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Experience a global, multicultural working environment with cross-cultural collaboration.
What We're Looking For
  • Currently in your penultimate year of a Bachelor's degree (Business or International Trade), or in the final year of a Specialist Diploma in Data Science or Business Analytics.
  • Competent in Microsoft 365 tools and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python (AI/Data) is an advantage.
  • A self-starter who is organized, proactive, and comfortable asking questions.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Learning mindset and ability to collaborate with specialists across different functions.
